"URI Off Campus" is a division of Fortin Holdings and we are dedicated to providing URI students with a wide range of options for safe, clean, affordable housing that is close to the main campus. URI Off Campus makes renting easy by including heat, electricity, water, sewer, trash, off street parking, house keeping and WIFI in most of our rentals.

Please let us know if you are interested in any of our properties and we will get right back with additional information. We rent our units in concert with the academic school year which are the fall, spring and summer semesters. Generally our tenants lease a property for an "academic year" which is from September 1st through late May; the spring and fall semesters. Summer rentals begin June 1st and run through late August.

We are continually adding to our stock of housing so please let us know if you are in need of a rental but do not see the perfect fit here on the site. We usually have additional options available such as traditional 12 month one and two bedroom apartments in Wakefield, Narragansett, North Kingstown and South Kingstown.
